Cashed Out from PPPv4

I recently managed to cash out from PPPv4. We used to be able to cash out as soon as our earnings reach $50, but PPPv4 started to allow bloggers to cash out at any amount less than $50. However, $2 will be deducted from it. It sounds good to me, rather than leaving my earning there too long.
