March Payment From ReviewMe, Ask2Link & Paid-To-Promote

I just got paid a few days ago from these three programs. My favourite of these three would be Ask2Link. The same advertiser has been advertising at my craft blog for 3 months now and I don't even have to do anything much! The advertiser's link is automatically added to my blog through the codes that I've added there earlier.

Anyway, I am thinking of removing Paid-to-Promote codes from my blogs. I think the codes are not doing any good for my blogs as all visitors from certain countries are redirected to a different page, so I risk having my blogs blocked by Entrecard, should I continue having the Paid-to-Promote codes.
